It is important to me that my buyers have a good experience purchasing a home. I care very deeply about my buyers and treat them like family. We work together as a team to find their perfect home. I have felt so honored in the past to be able to assist so many buyers in the process of purchasing a home, helping them create their dreams!

I work very different from other agents. I really take my time and get to know my clients. Typically, we meet at a local coffeehouse and go over the buying process. I take the time to go over how to buy a home, step by step. I take the time to answer any questions. If I don’t know an answer, I will find it out. No question is too big or too small. My priority is my client’s peace of mind. We also go over exactly what they are looking for and we make a plan on how to get the home they have been dreaming about.

I also try to set up a time to go over the Buyer’s Agency (a contract between myself, Inventure, and my clients), the Offer to Purchase, and the Inventure Addendum. This is a total of 20 legal pages and is overwhelming, especially when it is gone over at the same time an offer is being written, (if this happens, I take extra time, patience to go over everything).

The buying process can be very stressful, confusing, and overwhelming to say the least. I do my very best to take my time, walk you through each step of the process to help ease all of this as much as possible.

When we are looking at homes online, I will research a home as much as I can to share that info with my clients. This includes any documents, condition reports, past history of the home etc. We can learn so much about a home by the homework that I do, whether or not it is one that my buyers want to actually look at. This really helps in our busy lives!

I get my Buyers in a great position to buy, between myself and an amazing lender than I work with. My offers are very competitively/strategically written. My last 3 offers were up against other buyers (many for one of them), and my buyers were the one’s that were accepted.

Recently, I received a great compliment from one of the listing agents about how strategically well I wrote the offer and the Seller loved the Buyer’s letter to them.
